Welcome to Blackjack (the “Game”). These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Game and this website. By playing the Game or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. About the Game

Blackjack is a free casual card game for entertainment purposes only. The Game is played entirely with virtual chips that are used only within the Game.

2. Eligibility

The Game is intended for adult audiences. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Game.

3. Virtual chips and in-game items

• All chips, points, badges and other in-game items (“Virtual Items”) are virtual and licensed to you for use within the Game only.
• Virtual Items are used only within the Game and cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged or redeemed for anything outside the Game.
• The Game is free to download and is supported by ads. It may offer optional in-app purchases; purchases provide in-game content only and are processed by the app store you use, subject to its own terms.
• We may modify, adjust or remove Virtual Items at any time to keep the Game fair and fun.

4. Entertainment only

The Game is a simulation of a classic card game, offered for entertainment only. It is free to play, and everything you earn or use in the Game stays within the Game.

5. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer or create derivative works of the Game or its content.

6. Fair play

You agree not to use bots, scripts, exploits or any unauthorized methods to interact with the Game, and not to interfere with the normal operation of the Game or this website.

7. Intellectual property

The Game, including its design, graphics, logos, text and code, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Game.

10. Changes to the Game and these Terms

We may update the Game and these Terms from time to time. The current version of the Terms will always be available on this page, with the effective date shown above. Continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Game at any time.
